Join FSDDS > Become a Member
To qualify for active membership, a dermatologist must be actively practicing and licensed in the State of Florida, and must be a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
When returning your application, please include the following:
- A payment (by check or credit card) for $375, which includes the $50 application processing fee
- Two references on your application
Applications are reviewed by the FSDDS Board of Directors and presented for approval to the full membership at the next FSDDS Annual Meeting.
