Poster Submission

Submission Process

Submit a summary of your proposed scientific poster using the form below. Poster summaries will be accepted until Friday, April 24, 2009. The session has availability for a total of 20 posters. All of the posters will be reviewed and judged at the meeting based on scientific merit, presentation style and overall impression. One participant will be selected to win a $500 award.

Poster Guidelines

Identify a poster submission topic
Submit the summary of your poster online
When creating your poster, divide it into six (6) subsections: Title, Synopsis, Objectives/Purpose, Methods, Results, and a Conclusion that states the importance and potential implications of your observations
Use generic drug names only
Disclose all financial relationships for lead and secondary authors
Proofread your abstract

Poster Acceptance & Presentation

Presenters will be notified no later than Friday, May 1, 2009 if their abstract was accepted. All lead poster presenters are expected to attend the FSDDS Annual Meeting, May 22–25, 2009 at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida, to field questions from FSDDS poster judges and attendees during exhibit hours.
